Shipping Policy

At MEI JUN SHIP CO., we work with a curated group of supplier partners to fulfill and ship our products.

Shipping Within Canada

For orders shipped to Canadian addresses:

Standard Shipping: $9.95 CAD
Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $100 CAD or more, before applicable taxes
Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days

If the actual cost of shipping exceeds $9.95, MEI JUN SHIP CO. absorbs the difference. You will not be charged more than the shipping amount shown at checkout.

Free shipping is applied automatically to eligible orders.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, unusually high shipping volumes, supplier processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Multiple Shipments

Products may ship directly from the supplier partner responsible for fulfilling your order.

If your order contains products fulfilled by different supplier partners, the items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping simply because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Shipping Outside Canada

Where shipping to destinations outside Canada is available, available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in our prices unless specifically stated otherwise.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at admin@meijunshipco.com.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to change its destination.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed because of weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, unusually high shipping volumes, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will assist where we reasonably can, but MEI JUN SHIP CO. cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or tracking indicates a delivery problem, contact us at admin@meijunshipco.com with your order number and relevant details.

We will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue.
