Return & Refund Policy

At MEI JUN SHIP CO., we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with any original packaging, tags, accessories, or components included with the product.

All returns must be authorized by MEI JUN SHIP CO. before being sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

To request a return, contact us at admin@meijunshipco.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Once your return is approved, a return shipping label will be provided by the supplier fulfilling your order, along with instructions for sending the item back. Please do not return an item to an address shown on the original parcel unless specifically instructed to do so.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The cost associated with the supplier-provided return label may be deducted from your refund or otherwise charged as part of the return process.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is the result of an error with your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at admin@meijunshipco.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the problem when possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

If more than one supplier fulfilled your order, returned items may need to be sent separately and refunds may therefore be processed separately.
